  1. By purchasing an Ecstatic Crafts piece of Art, hereinafter referred to as EC, you are accepting all the terms and conditions described here.
  2. An EC piece of Art is a support tool for transformation. They can be presented in various formats: artifacts, Energy houses, plastic arts, jewelry, wands, discs, literature, among others. Everything offered in the EC shop is considered a piece of Art.
  3. All the pieces created by EC are inspired by the work of Jessa O’My Heart.
  4. The pieces EC provides are intended to be used as support in spiritual practice. This can be considered an intense and revealing experience, and it is for anyone who wants to cultivate personal growth and transformation.
  5. The pieces are not of miraculous nature.
  6. These pieces are not intended to replace, in any way, any medical or psychological treatment.
  7. What EC offers has no scientific evidence or support. It is an “esoteric” matter in its entirety and it is beyond scientific understanding.
  8. EC does not offer, in any way, financial, accounting or legal advisory services, nor is it a multi-level marketing or network marketing.
  9. EC does not guarantee to obtain any kind of result when using its pieces.
  10. EC is not responsible for what is experienced when buying or using its pieces.
  11. EC reserves the right to refuse the offer or sale of its pieces.
  12. EC pieces are manufactured once the order is received, as they are personalized pieces, designed for each individual. The manufacturing process requires at least four weeks for shipping.
  13. The person who purchases an EC piece may not, under any circumstances, demand a refund.
  14. EC is not responsible for any damage that may be generated in the pieces once they are shipped through the courier company.
  15. Any tax associated with the shipping of the pieces purchased from EC is borne by the customer.
  16. All Art pieces and content are the EC intellectual property unless otherwise indicated and acknowledged. You must not make use of any intellectual material exposed here without the authorization of EC.
